The Integromics effort provides gene expression (by array), miRNA, ncRNA, methylation, whole exome sequencing, higher depth targeted sequencing, inferred copy number data, reverse phase protein array data, and for a subset of cases, histone mark characterization, and microbiome. Additionally, protein expression from tissue microarrays is available for a limited number of markers. Detailed pathology is available, with patient characteristics and clinical outcomes.
Consensus molecular subtype classifications and an integrated R database are available here.
